Penguin Surfing Terms

By registering for Penguin Surfing you agree that you have read these terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them.

Penguin Surfing does pay out cash prizes for surfer rewards, prize pages etc. as well as commissions for referral purchases to upgraded members only. Please note that ALL commissions and cash prizes in account prior to May 5th, 2022 MUST be transferred to your Piggy Bank balance. You can move your surfer rewards and prize page cash to your Piggy Bank at any time to use for purchases on the site.

Payout amounts are as follows:
Surfer Penguin--$30
Baby Penguin--$25
Teen Penguin--$20
Grown Penguin--$15
King Penguin--$10
Send a support request when you have reached the proper amount.

Unless you received prior permission from Penguin Surfing, you may only register for one(1) Penguin Surfing account.

You may not promote Penguin Surfing in a way that could be considered spamming. You may only promote your referral URL and/or other promotional material in other traffic exchanges or advertising programs that allow it. Promoting Penguin Surfing in a way that could be considered spamming will result in removal of your Penguin Surfing account and possible legal action.

Users are completely responsible for the content they promote using Penguin Surfing. Users are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to promote a URL, and any content it contains. Penguin Surfing is not responsible if a user is in violation of another legal agreement, copyright infringement, or any other issues.

You agree to maintain a functioning e-mail address in your profile. One auto response message from your account is grounds for your account to be deleted.
By signing up as a member at Penguin Surfing you are agreeing to receive notifications from admin regarding offers, deals and member information and/or advice.
Unsubscribing from mails will be understood by admin as a request to delete your account.
Reporting any email from Penguin Surfing or Admin as spam is an automatic Account Deletion.

Names and Username

Members agree to use their real name. If one does not expect account suspension.

Members agree to provide their real Country. If one does not expect account suspension.

Members agree to NOT use all numbers, or vulgar words as their username. If one does expect account suspension.

URL Rules

Before submitting a URL to Penguin Surfing, please read these rules very carefully and make sure your URL does not violate any of them. If you violate any of these rules, your site will be deleted along with any credits assigned to them. Your Penguin Surfing account may also be deleted.
All Sites, Banner Image Urls and Target Urls, and Text Ad Urls Must Use HTTPS Or They Will Not Show In Surf. If the site you want to promote does not support https it will not be accepted.

*All Sites Must Be In English.

*No 2 members can promote the same url using the same referral id.

*No sites with illegal activity.

*No frame-breaking sites.

*No viruses, trojans, or spyware.

*No adult content.

*Rotators may be promoted only if all sites in rotation comply with these terms.

*No HYIPs or "investment autosurfs". These are illegal in most countries, including the United States.

*No sites that offer rented referrals. This includes PTC, PTR, and any other sites that may offer them.

*No PTP (paid to promote) pages. You may promote the program only.

*Co-Ops are allowed IF there are not sites within them that don't comply with our URL rules.

*No Matrix, Gambling sites, Cyclers, Revenue share, cash gifting sites = (Member to Member 100% commission).

*No banner farms. Pages with more than 10 banners ads.

*No Advertising Sites that pay on more than one level.

*No sites that make members pass up referrals to their upline. (One up, two up site)

*No bitly, tinyurl, trck.me, adfly, google, tiny.cc or any other url shortener. These will be deleted and any Ad Views assigned will be lost.

*No Crypto Mining sites.

*Penguin Surfing has the full right to delete any site that is inappropriate or questionable.

PAYMENTS

Penguin Surfing uses third party payment processors for taking payments and we are not part of the Payment Processors company nor can we accept any loss or damage for their use. For this reason we do not store any payment info and all payments are collected via the processor and our scripts alerted to update your account.

***If you have any issue with any purchase from Penguin Surfing please submit us a support ticket and we will try to work with you to come to a satisfactory conclusion. Initiating a chargeback, refund request, not as described or item not received dispute without first contacting us using our support desk and giving us 5 days to reply will result in immediate suspension of your account. Those are not ways to mutually resolve issues and should only be used as a last result. For example, awol admin for a long period of time. Having your account removed for breach of these terms may also result in the loss of your accounts at all sites associated with us as well as selected other sites that we work with to share false dispute information and bad practices.***

Refunds

We do not offer refunds on subscriptions or Ad Views purchases. These things are non returnable.

Penguin Surfing Does not provide Guarantees of traffic amounts or frequency of visits to your advertising.
Members: Almost all participants advertise sites, products and or services. You may assume they may get compensated for each sale, signup or purchase. Almost everyone using this site to promote hopes the same. Compensation for efforts expended, commissions - whatever the term - are the responsibility of the site or possibly the promoter - NOT Penguin Surfing. We of Penguin Surfing are not responsible for any other site's terms, payments, promises or claims of any nature. Penguin Surfing has full authority to change, modify any and /or all of these terms at it's discretion.
